These are the site-wide rules for the Romantical pages, run by Romantical, Inc., Brooklyn, New York.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. Don't misuse it, interfere with it, or try to access it in ways we haven't provided.

Casting and Commissions

Sending a self-tape is governed by the Casting Submission Terms. Commissions are covered by a written quote or agreement we send you. If they conflict with these terms, the more specific ones control.

Our content

The site, the Flirting! series, and the Romantical name, logos, and designs belong to Romantical or its licensors. You may view them for personal use but may not copy, repost, or sell them without written permission.

What you send us

You're responsible for what you submit and must have the right to send it. Don't send anything unlawful, harassing, or that belongs to someone else.

Links to other sites

We link to third parties such as Instagram. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any particular opportunity will follow from using it.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Romantical isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Law and disputes

New York law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
