Casting Submission Terms
Effective October 11, 2026
These terms apply when you send a self-tape or other material (a "submission") to Romantical, Inc. through our casting page.
Free to submit
We never charge actors to submit or to be considered. If anyone asks you for money in our name, tell us at jonah@itsromantical.com.
Who can submit
You must be 18 or older. By submitting, you confirm you are.
Your submission
You confirm that you made the submission or have the right to send it, that anyone who appears in it agreed to appear, and that it doesn't include music or other material you don't have the right to use.
What we may do
You give us a non-exclusive permission to store, watch, and share your submission within our team and with directors, casting collaborators, and producers working with us, only to evaluate you for roles. We will not post, publish, or promote your submission, or use it in any episode, without your separate written permission.
You keep your rights
You own your submission and your performance. This permission does not transfer ownership.
Audition material
Scenes we provide for auditions may be owned by others. Use them only to audition for us and don't post or share them.
No guarantee, no obligation
Submitting doesn't promise a reply, an audition, or a role, and we are not obliged to review every submission. A role exists only when you and Romantical sign a written agreement for it.
Compensation
There is no payment for submitting. Roles are sometimes paid and sometimes not, and we share the terms in writing before anyone books. Union and non-union actors are welcome, and we confirm the terms with you before booking.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission on file so we can consider you for future episodes. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing jonah@itsromantical.com, and we will.
Privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms for future submissions. New York law governs them.
