Privacy Policy

This page explains what Romantical, Inc. collects through the casting and Commission forms, why, and how to have it removed. Questions go to jonah@itsromantical.com.

What we collect

★Casting form: your name, email, city, optional Instagram handle, the scene you read, a link to your video, and your consent.

★Commission form: your name, email, the occasion, and the story you choose to share.

★Automatically: Google Forms may log basic technical data. We don't run our own analytics or sell your data.

How we use it

★To review submissions and contact you about roles.

★To reply to Commission requests, send quotes, and plan episodes.

★To run the site and meet legal obligations.

We email you only about your submission or request, unless you ask to hear from us about more.

Who sees it

★Our team and collaborators who help with casting or production, under confidentiality.

★Service providers that run the forms and storage: Google Forms, Google Sheets and Google Drive.

★Authorities or others where the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

★Casting submissions are kept on file for future casting until you ask us to delete them.

★Commission requests are kept as long as we need them to plan and deliver your episode, and for our records.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

Email jonah@itsromantical.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We respond within 30 days. People in some states, including California, have additional rights, and we honor them where they apply.

Children

Our casting is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

Security and links

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. The site links to others, such as Instagram, which have their own policies.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date.
